Payments to the online store will be processed securely by Paypal. Payment Phone or email orders directly to the Melbourne store can be made over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations
Please get in touch with us ASAP if you need to cancel your order. Depending on where we are in the process, we may be able to offer you’re a full or partial refund. If your item has already been processed for shipping unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it.
Returns
We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases. Please note colours can appear differently computer screens and take note of the dimensions of the product if you have a particular purposes in mind. If you’re unsure if the colour is exactly what you’re after, please get in touch with us so we can arrange a sample (there may be an additional cost).
Each order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely, but we cannot be responsible for your package once it leaves us. If there is a problem, please get in touch with us straight away and we’ll see what we can do, and please take photos of the damage.
