Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
If you are considering a large purchase of items such as envelopes, paper or place cards we strongly suggest you check items instore or purchase a sample before committing to the full order. Unfortunately minor run to run variance in colour and size is possible with boutique paper and envelopes. Additionally the print industry uses sizing terminology that is unfamiliar to many consumers, and sizing mistakes are easy to make. This especially applies when sourcing envelopes to use with items made by 3rd parties.
Please also note that colours and textures can appear slightly differently on computer screens compared to real life.
IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT ABOUT COLOUR, FIT OR FINSH, TEST WITH THE PHYSICAL ITEMS.
We cannot perform exchanges for paper or paper products (including envelopes) unless faulty or damaged at the time of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. We will exchange packaged items within 7 days of purchase with receipt, provided the item is undamaged and the entire contents of the original packaging are returned. We do not exchange discounted or sale items.
Custom Items
We cannot refund or exchange any custom items such as personal stationery or place cards.
