Our limited edition Chocolate Polka Dot Note Card Set features a fun polka dot design on the back of each note card enhanced with a delightful scalloped edge! Each set contains 10, A6 notecards printed on heavyweight cream cardstock with 10 metallic chocolate C6 envelopes, all neatly wrapped in a clear sleeve.

Every set has been carefully designed and printed in Australia by The Paper Empire team.
